I am a professional chef and i have more experience and knowledge at this cooking game than anybody. Yes i may seem aragant and obnoxious but lets face it i'm in the better position here, i can cook amazing food and you cant ! Therefore my life is considerably better than yours, I eat very well everyday, i'm never ill, and I bet that I i'm a damn site more healthier than you will ever be.

Let me guess..... Mum mm..... you have ''His'' book and you have ''Her'' book. Yes admit it you wasted your hard earned money on those worthless pieces of junk, only just for them to sit on you book shelf and look pretty,

''Oh,Oh, let me guess'' you also watched the ten episode long T.V series with those so called promises of food enlightenment and the ability to cook like a T.V chef. Your so gullible. All you are is money to them, another pound note to there already growing bank balance and yes you guessed it more fuel to their huge pulsating ego's, just another prick in a pair of chef whites on T.V .
So you must have got the gist of this by now. Some jumped up know body steels another hardworking chefs dishes and recipes that have been perfected over years of practice, and puts them in a book. He then gets himself a new shirt and a tub of hair wax and hey presto a T.V series is born.
It's all so Boring !!
Well i'm not like them. Fortunately enough i don't need the money,
my restaurant is all i need. I don't want the stardom or the T.V exposure, just the satisfaction that my years of knowledge and great cooking skills can help someone in need like you.
What do you want from me ?
You want the ability to cook like me a professional chef, but you don't want to have to read through huge thick recipe books that cost the earth and you don't want to buy the T.V chefs new book, because lets face it your just lining their pockets or buying them another extension to there ''manhood''. By this i mean one of those stupidly high priced, fancy and very unpractical cars.
